Default Save a single sheet from a workbook

Is there a way to save a single sheet from a workbook instead of saving
the whole book.

No. The best you can do is delete all the other sheets
and save the workbook under a new name.

Sure. Choose Edit/Move or Copy Sheet and copy the sheet to a new
workbook. Save the workbook.
