Default Automatic "data refresh" when XLS file is opened?

Hi, I have seven worksheets in my file, which come from online source
(our data server). Currently, the user has to manually do a 'Data
Refresh' everytime he opens the file, for each worksheet. How can I
make sure that everytime the XLS file is opened, the data from the web
site is automatically pulled and updated in the Excel file? Many
thanks for any pointer!

Record a macro when you do it manually.

Then name that macro Auto_Open
