Default entering 1.0 displayes as 0.1?

When I enter 1.0 it is displayed in the cell as 0.1. If I enter 123 it is
displayed as 1.23. I know it is something simple but just can't find the
answer

Go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the Edit tab, and uncheck the
