I should also have remembered to suggest web services that permit sending
large files by uploading them to the service and simply sending link to the file via email. www.yousendit.com has such a service, with business accounts available. Not sure what the cost is. Is there any way to reduce the file size of the work book that is being emailed to others such as "Flattening the Graphs" which is a term I have heard some where.
