Hide Text When Printing
Is there a way that you can mark a column so when you view it on screen it
will display however when you print it - it will not print? Erika |

Hide Text When Printing
Check out ViewCustom Views
You can have many views of the same sheet. Add one for printing only. Alternative is VBA Before_Print code which would hide the column, print, then unhide.
