Hi, Marsha. You can insert a textbox from the Drawing toolbar, and you can
set its properties not to print. http://www.officearticles.com/misc/d...oft_office.htm ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "Marsha" wrote in message ... Double-click it's border to bring up the properties. Go to the Properties
tab. Uncheck "Print Object". ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "Marsha" wrote in message ... Anne, Thanks. How do I set the text box so it doesn't print?
