Default vlookup to obtain pictures

My problem is this:
Based on an employee number, I want to extract the job title and name from
two columns and their picture from another column. I can extract the text
but I do not know if I can use Excel to store the pictures and use vlookup
extract the appropriate picture based on the employee ID.

How can I link a different picture to each item in my table or do I need to
use Access?

Many thanks
