Default vlookup tables for pictures?

I was wondering if it is possible to use a vlookup table for pictures?

I am currently trying to track the Olympics medal counts in a spreadsheet.
I have a table that can be refreshed with current data from the internet, so
the top countries will change. I want to include a picture of each country's
flag for the top 5 countries. Can this be done automatically with vlookup?
