Save the file as you work on it to a hard drive and then copy from the hard

CAN YOU SAVE EXCEL DOCUMENT TO FLOPPY DISK
It's not really a good idea to save to a floppy disk--or any removeable media
(in my opinion). I like to save to my harddrive (or network drive) and then either use windows explorer to copy that saved file from the C: to the floppy (or DVD disk if its supported).
