I just purchased the newest version of Excel when I bought a new computer.

The toolbar is very different looking and when I'm in a rush it's hard to
find something.

Is there a way to get it to display the "old" standard toolbars?

There are a few people selling addins that do this:

Although, I haven't used xl2007 very much, you may want to reconsider doing
this. I've read some posts from people who have dived in head first and they
say that they hate using the old menu system.

And if you're really having trouble, there are a bunch of sites (google will
help you find them) that describe the location of those "hidden" items.
