Default Excel Map Toolbar

Greetings,

I'm using Excel 2000 and was wondering how to display the "Map" toolbar
(i.e., the toolbar which contains the buttons for adding Map labels, text and
a custom pin map)? I was able to add the "Map" button to a custom toolbar
(in order to create a map). However, I cannot find the Map toolbar that the
online Help mentions in its documentation. Any ideas?

Thanks!
