I have another question regarding a timecard that I created for the company I
work for: My boss has requested that the timecard have an efficiency ratio of Billable Time to Non-Billable time. My idea was to create a button that could be password protected that would reveal the efficiency rating or something like that??? Has anyone done anything like this or similar that I could try to impliment into my timecard? Thanks! Joe |

Why not just put the calculation in a column of cells and then hide that column.
But be aware that your results will be able to be seen--even if you protect the worksheet. Excel's protection isn't made to stop this kind of stuff. jcolley05 wrote: I have another question regarding a timecard that I created for the company I work for: My boss has requested that the timecard have an efficiency ratio of Billable Time to Non-Billable time.
