Default Hidden button on Taskbar

When I open multiple Excel files, I only have one document button on the
Taskbar. To flip from one to another, I must click on "Window" and open the
other open documents from the list at the bottom. How can I change the
settings so that all of my open documents appear as buttons on the Taskbar?
Word and other MS programs work as usual.
