Default No longer prompted to Save

Can anyone kindly provide me with the Registry key (and value) for Internet
Explorer (or Excel) that will cause a dialog box to prompt me to confirm that
I want to Save a downloaded Excel file. I inadvertently checked the box that
tells IE to no longer prompt me when downloading Excel files, and I need to
get the "confirmation" dialog box back.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Scroll down to XLS and select then "Advanced" and check the box at "confirm open
after download"
