Default missing all Assistants in office 2003 on Vista

Just installed Office 2003 pro in Vista ultimate. I am missing all the
assistants. I get the message "The Office assistant requires Microsoft Agent
2.0 or later. This product is available on the Office System Pack." I
installed using the install all option. Suggestions anyone please?
