Default track changes in a cell

Is there a code that I can use to track changes to a workbook that will allow
the tracking information to be stored in a different workbook.I run the
shipping dept. at my factory I want to track the product and cases that gets
removed and entered into inventory.Example Rack spot 1A has 4 rows Product
#, Cases, Date, Description. If any cell in spot 1A is changed it will record
when it was removed and or when it was changed and to what.I want to be able
to track a 30 day period. If anyone could I would be greatfull. Thanks in
advance
