Default Merge Workbooks

Hi all,

I have workbooks to be merged into one, when I open two workbooks side by
side, I copy one worksheet into another workbook. Because, the two workbooks
have same definition of Name, so I am asked to choose which Name to use.
Since there are many Names in my workbooks, I am prompted many times. Is
there any method to erase the prompts and choose Yes as default.
