Default No menu bar or tool bar

JAB, search your machine for files of type XLB. This is where Excel stores
the toolbar settings. It is a hidden file, so you will have to set your
search to search for such. Once you find it, delete it. Excel will create
a new one. It sounds like your XLB file is corrupt.

I do not remember what was going on when this happened, but one day my
Excel
all of the sudden no longer had a tool bar or menu. I cannot even right
click in the cells to pull anything up. All I have basically is just the
grid in the worksheet, and I can type in them, just no formatting, etc. I
have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, and it continues
to
come up this way. It is not one particular file, it is every file I open
in
Excel. I am not sure if this is a glitch with my computer (the same files
I
try to open on other computers in our network work just fine) or if this
is
something in Excel that I need to correct. Any ideas?
