What does the "Page Change" do in the format control box (control tab) of the
Forms Toolbar - Scroll bar control? |

It's how many the cell link should change when you click on the scrollbar
between the arrow and the "elevator shaft" - like in a spreadsheet, if you click the arrows at the ends of the scrollbars, it moves 1 row at a time, but if you click below or above the bar you can drag, then the sheet moves up or down about 20-30 rows -- a page.
