Default Prompt for file location and copy data

I have two data files that need to be copied each day to a job analysis
template.

The location of the files changes with the months so I would want to open
the directory location and have the user select the latest file(s).

Each file has only one sheet, however, the name of the sheet is created by
the financial program that created it and will change each day (same as file
name). To simplify things I could use the same name each day and write over
the old files.

I need the whole of the contents of this sheet to be copied to a destination
sheet in the template. One called "Jobs" and the other "JobEstimates".

The JobEstimates sheet is very large (20-30 thousand rows). It also
contains picture objects created by the program that produced it. I don't
need to copy these and run a macro that selects and deletes them.

The JobEstimates sheet also has numerical data in columns E, G, I & M
represented as text. I use DataText to Columns to convert these each time I
open it.

Can I create a single macro that prompts for the new files copies the
contents to the data sheets in the analysis file, changes text to data and
strips the objects from one before it's copied?

As always, any help is greatly appreciated.
