I have been adding comments to various cells throughout a large spreadsheet.
However, whenever I add rows, the comments change size and location so that
they are suddenly all over the place.

1) Is there a way to prevent this?

2) Is there a way to fix this without manually moving/resizing every comment?

#2. The closest thing I know to control them is to just use a macro that resets
them
back to where they belong.
