linking shaded cells
In Excel I want to link to cells that contain shading rather than data. Does
anynoe know if/how this can be done? |

Links are established by cell address, not data, not shading. The linked

You can use formulas to return values from shaded cells but you must employ VBA. See Chip Pearson's site for Functions. http://www.cpearson.com/excel/colors.htm Note the caveats about CF shaded cells.
