Default percentage increase

Enter 1.01 in an empty cell.

Copy it.

Select the range of cells you want to increase by 1%. Paste
special--Multiply.

Click ok.

I need to increase a column of dollar values by 1%. Is there a formula or
function that will allow me to do this in a simple way, without having to
enter a formula for each one? This will be a yearly thing I need to do and
the formula or function needs to be kept hidden.
