Default how do I set up preferences for a workbook/sheet by default?

Hi,

I'm trying to set the default preferences for new workbooks & sheets in
existing workbooks, and I need to know how to go about it. The main thing I
want to do is set it so that zero values are always hidden on all new sheets
I create in workbooks I have now, and in all new workbooks I create.

Please let me know how to do this.

THank you,
Mike
