Default Worksheet Linking

I need to link the 'total' cell from one worksheet to a cell on another. I
can do this by 'paste link', but when I insert rows in the source worksheet,
the link no longer works.

Use a formula of the form =Sheet1!A1

Starting in the cell where the formula is required, type =
Click the tab of the other sheet, then click the cell in that sheet
Press enter
If the sheet name has spaces, the resulting formula with have the name in
single quotes.
