Default Dropdown Box Filter

Hello,

Using the validation option, I created a dropdown box with four headings in
it. Each heading is associated with a table of names. I want to create a
dropdown box with only the four headings. THen when I select one of the
headings, a second dropdown box in a cell below it will populate the names
from the corresponding table. Is this possible? Thank you.
