Please help me with a few questions.

How can I enter text in two cells at the same time?

How can I duplicate a spread sheet multiple times below the original while
keeping the formatting and functions in tact?

How do I protect my work sheet format and functions so they cannot be
accidentally changed?

How do I clear contents only without affecting functions or formatting?

Thanks,
Adrian QES

To answer each of your questions:

1) You can't.

2) Save the spreadsheet with a new name.

3) You can use Excel's built-in security features (Tools--Protection)
however be aware that these security tools are rather easily circumvented.

4) To clear non-formula data ("constants") go to
Edit--Goto--Special--Constants and click OK, then hit delete. Of course try
this on a backup copy of your workbook before you do it for real.

as for entering text in two cells at the same time, enter the address of one
cell in the other, for example if you put =a1 in cell a2, then whatever you
enter in a1 will show up in a2, so you won't have to enter it twice.
