Is it possible to share a workbook using 1 PC??
I have 2 people in the office and myself on the road needing access to the same excel workbook. I do not have a network. I was hoping to set up a single PC and allow all 3 of us access to excel and make changes. Is this even possible??? |

If the workbook isn't too involved, you may want to look at:
http://docs.google.com The users have to be able to get to the internet, though. They have a word processor and a spreadsheet program. Another choice would be to email the workbook back and forth--but remember that only one person should be in charge of the updates at any given moment. And after they're done, they'll have to email it to the next person. If you make changes to your own copy and someone else makes different changes to his/her copy, then updating a common workbook with all the changes will (probably) be a manual effort--and it won't be easy! And make a backup copy each night.
