Default How to Remove Automatic Links?

When I open my workbook I receive the message:

"The workbook you opened contains automatic links to information in another
workbook. Do you want to update this workbook with changes made to the other
workbook?"

I don't want the workbook to automatically update. When I go to Edit, Links
I can see the link and when I try to open it I receive a message that the
link does not exist.

How do I remove this link if I can't find it in the workbook? Or How do I
find where in the workbook the link exists so that I can delete it?

Bill Manvilles FindLinks add-in is what I use (on the advice of other members
of this newsgroup) and it works quite well.

If that link doesn't work, search the newsgroup and you should come up
w/several hits.
