Actually yes, but it may not be exactly what you're thinking of. Look at the
Insert | Object options on the Excel menu bar. You can insert (or create) objects with worksheets, and one of the objects you can create in it is another Excel workbook. "donjmcdonald" wrote: can i create workbooks within workbooks? |

Large workbooks
Nope... The object model is as follows...
One application can contain one or more Workbooks One Workbook can contain one or more Worksheets One Worksheet can contain one or more Ranges... No exceptions. Why were you wanting a workbook to contain another workbook instead of just adding more sheets to the existing book? -- HTH...
