Default Interactive Forms

I need to create a typeable, interactive form with tabs that go from typeable
field to typeable field, and save it as a template so others can use it. I
can do this in Word but need to do one in Excel.

Can anyone help?

Not sure what "tabs" refers to but a guess is you want users to enter data in a
sequential series of cells.

See Bob Phillips' site for a couple of methods.
