Default Setting everyone to read ony

Hi everyone,
I have a permissions question:
i have an excel sheet in a common folder on a server. I want to make it
read only to everyone except me.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

thank you in advance for your time and patience.

FileSave AsToolsGeneral OptionsPassword to Modify and check in Read only
Recommended.

When opening the file a message will pop up giving the user the option to open
read-only or read/write if they supply the password.
