Default Conditional format formula

a1=8
f1=1
z1=1

I'm having trouble creating this formula as a conditional format, any help
would be appreciated.

If a1=8 and f1=z1 format f1 font to red, if not, format f1 to black.

In conditional formatting use:
Formula is =AND(A1=8,F1=Z1)
