Default Memo Control in Excel XP

Hi all
I have protected spreadsheet that get emailed to suppliers who fill in the
reasons etc. (in the unprotected cells) and returned to sender.

In one cell the explanation can be quite verbose so I have been asked to
place a vertical scrol bar on that cell.

How do I do that or whats a work-a-round?
TIA

Embed a textbox from the Control Toolbox in the cell and set the properties to
have a vertical scrollbar.

Also set multiline and wordwrap to TRUE
