Default Repeating rows from Print Preview

I have been hoping that you would fix this problem with new versions, but
it's still the same. How come the repeat rows function is grayed out when
you are in the print preview mode? This is the area where you are doing
formatting to prepare for printing. It's really a hassle to close print
preview and then go to File-Page Setup to access the same thing. Is this bug
("feature" as you call it) ever going to get fixed?
