What version (of Excel) are you using?
In 2003 - It's under Tools, Speech (Icon #5 - a Toggle-type (On-Off)) of
Toolbar

I'm using Excel 2007 Beta - I have used it in 2002/3 and it works well. I've
got workbooks with macros that use it that work ok with 2007 Beta, but I cant
find the speech option anywhere in 2007- I thought these new style toolbars
were supposed to be intuitive. I've looked in the obvous places, tools,
proofing etc but it still cant be found
