I am creating a couple of spreadsheets in Excel in which most cells are
locked. I need another user to be able to add data to the list and that's it (hence the locked cells). Once I protect the worksheet I am not able to add to the list and i really need the workbook to be protected |

Unlock a bunch of cells underneath the already created list so that more
