Hi,

Goto ToolsOptions

On the general tab there should be everything you are looking for

Not much you can do with the default formatting of comments.

You can change the default text size, but not the font.

See Debra Dalgleish's site for working with comments.

Default Format Defaults

I found where to change it yesterday after reading other replies. The
properties on my desktop did not have an appearance tab. I went into display
in the contol panel and was able to change the font size for Tooltip there.
