Not much you can do with the default formatting of comments.
You can change the default text size, but not the font. I found where to change it yesterday after reading other replies. The
properties on my desktop did not have an appearance tab. I went into display in the contol panel and was able to change the font size for Tooltip there. Thank you for your help.
