How can I "glue" a picture in a cell and treat it as content?
I would like to assign a cell a graphical content, such as a small image. It
then would be great if I could treat a graphical content as normal text or numbers. In other words, copying and moving the content as in a regular cell reference. Thanks, Stefano |

This may not be what you're looking for, but one option would be to insert
your graphic into a Comment. The comment is assigned to a cell, and thus would move/copy with the cell. Select your cell From the Insert Menu, select "Comment" Right-Click the border (outer dashed line) of the comment Select "Format Comment" Select the "Colors and Lines" tab In the Fill Color box, select "Fill Effects" Select the "Picture" tab Click the "Select Picture..." button Find your picture file, then click "Insert" Click "OK" Click "OK" You can also choose whether the Comment (picture) is always displayed, or only displayed when the mouse hovers over the cell. Go to TOOLS then OPTIONS then VIEW Tab. HTH, Elkar "smaruzzi" wrote: I would like to assign a cell a graphical content, such as a small image. Elkar,
thanks a lot. It's not exactly what I needed, but it's a creative solution.
