Default Truncated print - horizontally

I was sent, as an attachment, an Excel document.
I use Excel 2002. The attachment looks fine when opened with Excel.
If I use the Print Preview, there is a truncation right after the second
column.
I use the Set Print Area to include all the columns. (there is a dotted
vertical line at the point where it truncates).
When I use the Print Preview it truncates the same.
If I save the attachment, set a full Print Area and try to print it, the
truncations occurs again.
What is this dotted line at the right of the second column? What can I do to
solve the print truncation problem? I will appreciate your help.
I am not a heavy user of Excel but I need to solve this problem with this
document.
