Hi,

I'm having a really weird problem with an Excel Spreadsheet. I believe
it could be because it's being "shared".

After I saved my data, another user opened up the spreadsheet on
another computer and the spreadsheet looked grayed out. As the matter
of fact the spreadsheet pops up and after 3 seconds or so everything
disappears and goes gray. Could it be because we have different
versions of Excel? I have MS 2003 and he has 2000.

Any help would be appreciated
