Default Print job

I have a spreadsheet to fill in a pre-printed page via a printer. What I need
to do is find a way to change the orientation to print from the bottom to the
top. Currently I feed the paper header down and this leaves streaks of ink at
the bottom of the page. If I can get the print job to accept the footer first
I would not have to worry about the streak marks. Is it possible to print
from the bottom of a page to the top or to rotate the page?

Default Print job

Why not just clean the printer? I don't know of any printers that print
starting at the bottom of the page, nor do I know of software that supports
that method, especially Excel.
