Exporting from Excel to CSV results in wrong characters
I have an Excel file that contains Romanian characters (my computer is UK
configured). When I save the file as .csv from Excel and open the new csv file in Notepad the foreign characters are not displayed correctly. Can anyone help? Thanks Mark |
