I have hidden comments in my worksheet that only need to be seen when the
user needs more information, at which time he/she just slides the curser over the comment to view. Some of the comments are large and located very low in the worksheet so all the comment cannot be seen without scrolling further down the page, which is aggravating to the user. I have tried moving the comment up so that it can be seen but this does not move it permanently unless I choose "show comment" which is not workable as it gets in the way. Please advise. Thanks in advance, |

Comments have a mind of their own.
Debra Dalgleish has sample code to move the comments back to their original position. http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Reset Maye you could use something like this in the Workbook_Open/Auto_Open that resets comment position each time you open the workbook. Thanks, Dave. After a quick review of the sample code I believe my answer
will be in there somewhere. "Dave Peterson" wrote: Comments have a mind of their own.
