"FadaSininho" wrote: I need to correlate data of temperature and concentration of solutions of acetic acid in order to find its density. Density is a function of both these variables. I have a table that presents the density of acetic acid solutions versus concentration and temperature. The problem is that the density is given for variations of 1% in concentration and of 5ºC to 10ºC (9ºF to 18ºF) in temperature, so often I have to get the density for a solution at a certain concentration and temperature, but that temperature is not specified in the table. The table shows the temperatures on its first (upper) line and the concentrations on its first (left) column. The density is found by choosing a temperature and a concentration and then reading the density value on the point on the table where the temperature column and concentration line intersect. The table is in the doc file attached. I intend to type the whole table in Excel. Does anyone know if theres a smart way of correlating the variables, by using Excel tools? Many thanks :) +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: Density Table.doc | |Download: http://www.excelforum.com/attachment.php?postid=5219 | +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- FadaSininho ------------------------------------------------------------------------ FadaSininho's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=37650 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=572639 |
