I have a pivot table based on a list that contains 17 headings, one of
which is labeled Total Standard, another labeled Total Loaded. An entry of 2 in the Loaded column is never displayed in the pivot table. Anything but 2, including 3, 2.1 or 1.9 displays fine. There is no problem with the Standard column entries. I've been using Excel extensively for 8 years and have never encountered anything like this. I could sure use some help. |

Are you showing Total Loaded in the Data area?
If there's a 2 in the source data, what appears in the pivot table - an incorrect value, or an empty cell? Are the source values manually entered? wrote: I have a pivot table based on a list that contains 17 headings, one of which is labeled Total Standard, another labeled Total Loaded.
