Hi All,
I have compile a spread sheet which among other columns has one with contains numbers. These numbers are not unique and may appear several times in various rows in the same column. Although those have a particular significance I have manually formatted the figures to show as Magenta and Bold. When I construct a pivot table (which will display the numbers, with a count column (so I can determine how many time each number appears) the Magenta and Bold formatting is not reflected in the values within Pivot table. Is there a way around this? I'd appreiciate any useful advice. Yandros TIA |

A pivot table doesn't reflect the formatting of the source data, only
the values. Perhaps you could use conditional formatting in the pivot table to format the numbers.
