Default How do I compare and merge two separate documents?

I have five different spreadsheets that a retail store has created of
customers. I'd like to merge these together to create a single document
without duplicates. How do I do so?

It appears that this is available in previous versions of excel, but I am
unable to figure out how to do it with 2007
