Default PASTE SUBTOTALS IN EXCEL TO ANOTHER SHEET TO DO ANOTHER SORT

HELLO

I AM TRYING TO SORT ALOT OF DATA.
i HAVE SORTED IT USING SUBTOTALS AND NOW I NEED TO CUT AND PASTE TO ANOTHER
SHEET USING ONLY THE SUBTOTALS. HOWEVER IT EXCEL WILL NOT PASTED EVEN WHEN I
USE PASTE SPECIAL

Hi

okay assuming that you've collapsed your data so that you can only see the
subtotals,
select the range
choose edit / goto / special
choose visible cells only
click Ok
choose copy
click on new destination
choose paste
