PASTE SUBTOTALS IN EXCEL TO ANOTHER SHEET TO DO ANOTHER SORT
HELLO
I AM TRYING TO SORT ALOT OF DATA. i HAVE SORTED IT USING SUBTOTALS AND NOW I NEED TO CUT AND PASTE TO ANOTHER SHEET USING ONLY THE SUBTOTALS. HOWEVER IT EXCEL WILL NOT PASTED EVEN WHEN I USE PASTE SPECIAL |

Hi
okay assuming that you've collapsed your data so that you can only see the subtotals, select the range choose edit / goto / special choose visible cells only click Ok choose copy click on new destination choose paste Hope this helps Cheers julieD PS please don't use all caps, it's considered shouting in these groups "MIKE" wrote in message ...
